1. Information only
News, figures, charts and guides on this site are general information. They are not investment, legal, tax, engineering or mineral-title advice, and they do not take your circumstances into account. Figures come from the public sources named beside them, may be revised by those sources, and are not updated in real time.
2. The register is not an offer
Nothing on the register is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy. Lots are described using information supplied by the people offering them. We check the documents described on our About page before listing, but those checks are limited and are not a warranty of title, boundaries, grade, reserves, standing or value.
3. Do your own checks
Before any money or other consideration changes hands, confirm title and standing with the relevant Provincial Mining Director, inspect the ground and beacons, and take independent professional advice. Our guide to buying a mining claim sets out the documents to check.
4. Submitting a lot
- You confirm that you hold the ground or are authorised by its holder to offer it, and that what you send is accurate.
- You allow us to review the information and, if we list the lot, to publish the lot details on the site.
- We may decline, edit, suspend or remove any listing at any time, including if its paperwork cannot be confirmed.
5. Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on the site, from dealings between buyers and sellers, or from third-party websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
6. Links and content
Links to other websites are provided for reference; we do not control those sites. The site's design, text and charts belong to Zimbabwe Mines. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
