Before you pay for a claim, have someone you trust stand on it. We visit the ground, check the papers at the mining office and show you exactly what we find, across Matabeleland South, Matabeleland North and the Midlands.
Every visit is led by our own field lead, who has ten years of hands-on mining in the Filabusi area and fifteen years of working with small-scale miners across Matabeleland South. There are no middlemen, and we tell you plainly if a claim fails the checks.

You have found a claim, on our register or elsewhere, and want it checked before you pay.
Search of the claim at the Provincial Mining Director's office
Registration certificate, latest inspection certificate and the seller's ID checked against the register
Site visit to walk the pegs and record GPS points for every beacon
Check for disputes, overlapping claims and illegal workings
Verification and claim searches: fuel is included for sites in any of the three regions, Matabeleland South, Matabeleland North and the Midlands, on normal roads.
Tours: fuel is charged separately, at cost, because it depends on the distance and the state of the roads. On normal roads it is capped at US$300 for each region the tour covers: up to US$300 on a one-region tour, US$600 on a two-region tour and US$900 on a three-region tour.
Bad roads and remote sites: rough roads burn more fuel, so we give you a fuel estimate with your quote before you book. You never pay more than the estimate without agreeing it first.
Add-ons
Transfer support, US$300. We go with you, or for you, to the mining office to lodge the transfer, and work with your lawyer so the claim is registered in your name before you pay in full.
Extra person on a tour, US$150 a day.
How it works
Enquire. Email us with the claim number or the area, the mineral, your budget and when you would like the visit.
Quote and booking. We confirm the price, the dates and, for tours, the fuel estimate. A 50% deposit books your place.
Field visit. Our field lead carries out every visit in person, on field trips that run on set dates. Ask for the next one when you enquire.
Report and follow-up. You receive the written report, photos and video, and we go through them together on a call. The balance is due when the report is delivered.
What is not included
Flights, accommodation, meals, fuel on tours (see above), official search and transfer fees at the mining office, and legal fees.
Independent, and paid by the buyer only. These fees are paid by you, the buyer. We take no commission from sellers, we do not act as anyone's agent, and we never handle purchase money, deposits or gold. A verification lowers your risk but is not a guarantee of title or legal advice: always have a lawyer prepare the sale agreement.
